They aim to provide comprehensive consensus mechanisms for stakeholders in a bias-free, impact-oriented, and zero-trust environment. QH stakeholders can run multiple assessment processes and issue CoA for WILP achievements, CoE for best practices and join commerces to accept CoI for impact-oriented projects.
