Within this architecture, <strong data-start=\"906\" data-end=\"939\">GCRI helps build the backbone<\/strong>: the evidence base, institutional support systems, knowledge infrastructure, and public-interest foundation required for credible long-term coordination and action.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1390\">We are seeking leaders from <strong data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1315\">top-tier national companies, financial institutions, universities, research institutions, civil society organizations, public-interest institutions, and major stakeholder bodies<\/strong> who can contribute at a serious governance and institution-building level.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1392\" data-end=\"1465\">Each <strong data-start=\"1397\" data-end=\"1417\">National Council<\/strong> is structured through three connected chambers:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1696\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1y13f90\" data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1534\"><strong data-start=\"1469\" data-end=\"1491\">Leadership Council:<\/strong>\u00a0governance, direction, and stewardship<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"k4hvtl\" data-start=\"1535\" data-end=\"1613\"><strong data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1557\">Investor Council:<\/strong>\u00a0financing, capital-readiness, and strategic backing<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"plz1ve\" data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1696\"><strong data-start=\"1616\" data-end=\"1634\">Helix Councils:<\/strong>\u00a0institutional participation across key stakeholder groups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1698\" data-end=\"1725\">Founding members will help:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1727\" data-end=\"2102\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1uc25yg\" data-start=\"1727\" data-end=\"1785\">establish and strengthen national council architecture<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"pxa1y6\" data-start=\"1786\" data-end=\"1863\">support <strong data-start=\"1796\" data-end=\"1824\">National Desk activation<\/strong> and national coordination capability<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"i6n4hu\" data-start=\"1864\" data-end=\"1939\">contribute to <strong data-start=\"1880\" data-end=\"1903\">consortium building<\/strong> and long-term ecosystem formation<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"oj10lb\" data-start=\"1940\" data-end=\"2025\">connect national leadership across public, private, scientific, and civic sectors<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"13yh21f\" data-start=\"2026\" data-end=\"2102\">help build the institutional foundations of long-horizon risk governance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2104\" data-end=\"2286\">This role is intended for senior leaders with the credibility and capacity to help build the <strong data-start=\"581\" data-end=\"602\">national backbone<\/strong> of the platform through evidence, institutional partnerships, policy engagement, and early-stage fundraising.
