Within this architecture, <strong data-start=\"3277\" data-end=\"3320\">GRA helps make the platform financeable<\/strong> by supporting capital-readiness, financing pathways, strategic funding relationships, and the structures needed to move from institutional design to practical scale.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3488\" data-end=\"3825\">We are seeking leaders from <strong data-start=\"3516\" data-end=\"3717\">top-tier national companies, financial institutions, investors, insurers, development finance institutions, infrastructure players, public-interest organizations, and major stakeholder institutions<\/strong> who can contribute to building serious national platforms with long-term strategic and financing potential.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3827\" data-end=\"3900\">Each <strong data-start=\"3832\" data-end=\"3852\">National Council<\/strong> is structured through three connected chambers:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3902\" data-end=\"4131\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1y13f90\" data-start=\"3902\" data-end=\"3969\"><strong data-start=\"3904\" data-end=\"3926\">Leadership Council:<\/strong>\u00a0governance, direction, and stewardship<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"k4hvtl\" data-start=\"3970\" data-end=\"4048\"><strong data-start=\"3972\" data-end=\"3992\">Investor Council:<\/strong>\u00a0financing, capital-readiness, and strategic backing<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"plz1ve\" data-start=\"4049\" data-end=\"4131\"><strong data-start=\"4051\" data-end=\"4069\">Helix Councils:<\/strong>\u00a0institutional participation across key stakeholder groups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4133\" data-end=\"4160\">Founding members will help:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4162\" data-end=\"4533\">\n<li data-section-id=\"65cz4m\" data-start=\"4162\" data-end=\"4217\">establish and strengthen national council formation<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1eopd59\" data-start=\"4218\" data-end=\"4295\">support <strong data-start=\"4228\" data-end=\"4256\">National Desk activation<\/strong> and national institutional build-out<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1fcw5zt\" data-start=\"4296\" data-end=\"4371\">contribute to <strong data-start=\"4312\" data-end=\"4335\">consortium building<\/strong> and strategic partner development<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1aks0u1\" data-start=\"4372\" data-end=\"4455\">help shape the financing and support architecture required for long-term growth<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1tg83wo\" data-start=\"4456\" data-end=\"4533\">support the national foundations of a new global risk management platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4535\" data-end=\"4780\">This role is intended for senior leaders with strong standing in finance, investment, insurance, banking, infrastructure, development finance, or strategic enterprise who can help lead the <strong data-start=\"1583\" data-end=\"1621\">fundraising and financing campaign<\/strong> required to establish a nationally owned platform.
