Within this model, <strong data-start=\"5898\" data-end=\"5962\">GRF serves as the convening platform and global-facing stage<\/strong> through which national leadership, institutional coordination, and strategic dialogue gain visibility, structure, and wider standing.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6098\" data-end=\"6385\">We are seeking leaders from <strong data-start=\"6126\" data-end=\"6284\">top-tier national companies, financial institutions, public-interest organizations, universities, civil society institutions, and major stakeholder bodies<\/strong> who can contribute to the formation of serious national platforms and long-term governance capacity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6387\" data-end=\"6460\">Each <strong data-start=\"6392\" data-end=\"6412\">National Council<\/strong> is structured through three connected chambers:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"6462\" data-end=\"6691\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1y13f90\" data-start=\"6462\" data-end=\"6529\"><strong data-start=\"6464\" data-end=\"6486\">Leadership Council:<\/strong>\u00a0governance, direction, and stewardship<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"k4hvtl\" data-start=\"6530\" data-end=\"6608\"><strong data-start=\"6532\" data-end=\"6552\">Investor Council:<\/strong>\u00a0financing, capital-readiness, and strategic backing<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"plz1ve\" data-start=\"6609\" data-end=\"6691\"><strong data-start=\"6611\" data-end=\"6629\">Helix Councils:<\/strong>\u00a0institutional participation across key stakeholder groups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"6693\" data-end=\"6720\">Founding members will help:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"6722\" data-end=\"7109\">\n<li data-section-id=\"k3u55s\" data-start=\"6722\" data-end=\"6788\">establish National Councils and support their early governance<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"17f7iq\" data-start=\"6789\" data-end=\"6862\">contribute to <strong data-start=\"6805\" data-end=\"6833\">National Desk activation<\/strong> and operating coordination<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1evqo4q\" data-start=\"6863\" data-end=\"6931\">support <strong data-start=\"6873\" data-end=\"6896\">consortium building<\/strong> and national ecosystem formation<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"fzyif8\" data-start=\"6932\" data-end=\"7024\">strengthen alignment across public, private, scientific, financial, and civic leadership<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1d4cagj\" data-start=\"7025\" data-end=\"7109\">help shape the national foundations of a new global risk management architecture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"7111\" data-end=\"7365\">This role is intended for senior executive leaders with the stature, networks, and public-facing credibility to help lead the <strong data-start=\"2449\" data-end=\"2486\">policy and institutional campaign<\/strong> needed to secure a national mandate and convene the leadership base around it.
