Quadruple Helix

Quadruple Helix (QH) is an intertwined structure of four strands that together can steer regenerative research and development streams. In the MPM, this refers to the collaboration of citizens (CSOs, citizen scientists, hackers, social innovators), policymakers (or public services), entrepreneurs (including green financing initiatives), and scientists (researchers, mentors, instructors). QH stakeholders have full network capabilities to pool expertise, resources and funding toward concrete projects and programs with clear commitments. All stakeholders sign a QH Charter, which defines CRS rules for optimal resource allocation within their organizations and across their value chains or ecosystems. Once all parties sign a Charter, it will be coded into the MPM mechanisms for participation, engagement, and validation processes in a zero-trust environment.
