The role runs the end-to-end \u201cgovernance production line\u201d across councils and working groups: calendars, agenda packs, briefs, minutes, action registers, distribution, version control, and the routine that converts deliberation into lawful, auditable outcomes. This is a governance role\u2014<strong data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1483\">not execution<\/strong>.
