When secretariat work is weak, institutions accumulate hidden risk\u2014unclear approvals, inconsistent disclosures, unmanaged conflicts, and artifacts that cannot survive audit or regulatory scrutiny.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1035\" data-end=\"1568\">The Secretariat Lead \/ Secretariat Director is the operational backbone of GRA\u2019s finance-facing governance system. The role runs the end-to-end \u201cgovernance production line\u201d for standards and finance-usability artifacts: calendars, dockets, agenda packs, briefing notes, minutes, action registers, distribution, versioning, and corrections. The Secretariat ensures that GRA outputs are produced in a manner that is <strong data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1503\">audit-ready, diligence-usable, and safe to rely on<\/strong>, while preserving strict boundaries against regulated execution.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1570\" data-end=\"1757\">This is governance\u2014not execution.
