Policies and procedures vary across jurisdictions; procurement systems reward bespoke solutions; and \u201cstandards\u201d are frequently misread as regulation, endorsement, or preferred vendor guidance\u2014creating political friction and implementation risk.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1611\">The Global Risks Forum (GRF) is a whole-of-society standards-and-legitimacy forum within the Nexus governance system. GRF\u2019s Policy Platform is the frontier stage for <strong data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1321\">lawful adoption and policy usability<\/strong>: translating assurance language into procurement-neutral, jurisdiction-aware guidance; clarifying reliance boundaries; building cross-jurisdiction literacy; and producing open templates that accelerate national de-risking readiness\u2014without lobbying, partisan signaling, or execution drift.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1613\" data-end=\"2026\">The Policy Platform Lead \/ Host is accountable for end-to-end programming and growth of the Policy Platform: setting vision, curating and hosting convenings, building institutional partnerships, producing open policy adoption assets, and expanding participation\u2014while preserving strict neutrality and a strict non-execution boundary (no lobbying, no deal-making, no procurement steering, no implied endorsements).<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2028\" data-end=\"2031\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2059\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2103\" data-end=\"2273\">Set the platform\u2019s multi-year vision and annual program as a frontier global stage for lawful, procurement-neutral adoption of de-risking standards and readiness rails.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2276\" data-end=\"2411\">Define signature annual programming (flagship forum + quarterly adoption clinics) aligned to GRF standards and recognition timelines.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2414\" data-end=\"2534\">Establish platform norms: neutrality, non-partisan posture, handling discipline, and public-safe publication boundaries.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2581\" data-end=\"2739\">Curate and host policy forums, regulator roundtables, adoption clinics, legislative briefings (where appropriate), and cross-jurisdiction learning sessions.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2742\" data-end=\"2917\">Design \u201cwhole-of-society\u201d formats that include public authorities, research, operators, finance, civil society\/media, and community leadership without dominance by any bloc.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2920\" data-end=\"3046\">Ensure convenings produce decision-ready outputs: adoption guidance, templates, interpretive notes, and public-safe summaries.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3111\" data-end=\"3215\">Produce an \u201copen policy adoption stack\u201d for national and sub-national de-risking readiness, including:\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"3220\" data-end=\"3277\">procurement-neutral model language and template clauses<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3282\" data-end=\"3357\">guidance on lawful reliance, disclosure boundaries, and claims discipline<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3362\" data-end=\"3452\">public-safe playbooks for institutional adoption of GRF standards and recognition states<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3457\" data-end=\"3550\">cross-jurisdiction comparability templates (definitions, reporting, and version references)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3555\" data-end=\"3640\">correction and supersession guidance for policy documents referencing GRF artifacts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3643\" data-end=\"3760\">Ensure outputs are record-valid, versioned, and correctionable;
