data-start=\"3687\" data-end=\"3718\">Boards<\/strong> will be elected\/appointed from the <strong data-start=\"3746\" data-end=\"3765\">Leaders Council<\/strong>\u2014the formation cohort that participates in early governance design, strategy, and institutional build-out.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3873\" data-end=\"3902\">Leaders Council members will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"3905\" data-end=\"3970\">shape GRF\u2019s <strong data-start=\"3917\" data-end=\"3970\">strategy, governance model, and corridor programs<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3973\" data-end=\"4045\">support <strong data-start=\"3981\" data-end=\"4045\">membership growth, sponsor development, and formation runway<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4048\" data-end=\"4137\">advise on partnerships with <strong data-start=\"4076\" data-end=\"4137\">governments, multilateral agencies, and scientific bodies<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4140\" data-end=\"4220\">participate in preparatory sessions, committee formation, and milestone planning<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4223\" data-end=\"4308\">become eligible for nomination to the <strong data-start=\"4261\" data-end=\"4282\">GRF Board<\/strong>, subject to Good Standing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"4437\" data-end=\"4459\">Who should consider<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"4461\" data-end=\"4605\">The Leaders Council is for senior leaders who can build\u2014<strong data-start=\"4517\" data-end=\"4560\">strategically, publicly, and materially<\/strong>\u2014during GRF\u2019s first three years of formation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4607\" leadership role outside GRF (this is <strong data-start=\"4858\" data-end=\"4876\">not employment<\/strong>; no salary expectation)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4903\" data-end=\"4982\">can learn new governance and technical norms and harden them for real-world use<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4985\" data-end=\"5074\">can join as a paying Council member (multi-year subscription) and remain in Good Standing<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5077\" data-end=\"5206\">can mobilize participation within 12 months through <strong data-start=\"5129\" data-end=\"5206\">memberships, partnerships, sponsorship, hosting, and flagship programming<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5209\" data-end=\"5365\">can lead across intergenerational, interdisciplinary, and intercultural environments\u2014and across
