Role Overview

GCRI invites qualified, forward-thinking HR firms or experienced independent search consultants to join as Strategic Talent Partners to co-develop, manage, and expand the organisation’s flagship Future of Work Platform — the world’s first global job board dedicated to next-generation risk professionals and emerging technology governance talent.

This platform is designed to address a critical global shortage of trusted experts in high-consequence domains such as artificial intelligence governance, quantum security, bio-risk preparedness, cyber resilience, sovereign data compliance, resilient urban systems, and treaty-backed corridor deployment. Partners will collaborate on commercial outreach, pipeline development, candidate curation, and premium placements under a structured shared revenue agreement, ensuring mutual benefit and corridor-aligned workforce impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-manage the Future of Work Platform as an authoritative, high-trust recruitment marketplace for verified experts across risk governance and emerging technology sectors.
  • Source, verify, and maintain high-value job postings from sovereign governments, international agencies, national corridor clusters, and qualified private sector employers.
  • Lead business development for premium employer subscriptions, featured listings, and corridor-specific recruitment contracts.
  • Design and implement robust vetting, compliance checks, and clause-verifiable candidate passport protocols to maintain platform integrity.
  • Advise corridor governance teams on workforce forecasting, skill gap analysis, and the design of modular upskilling and certification initiatives.
  • Report placement results, revenue share performance, and corridor impact metrics using GCRI’s observability framework and sovereign ledger registry.
  • Represent future workforce vision and platform offering at global future-of-work forums, resilience finance panels, and industry stakeholder engagements.
Revenue Model and Terms
  • The role operates strictly as a contracted business partnership; it is not a salaried internal hire.
  • The Partner retains an agreed commission share, % of net revenue, on:
    • Employer subscription packages
    • Sponsored and premium listings
    • Retained executive search and corridor-level contract staffing
  • Revenue share is calculated and disbursed quarterly, subject to verified placement and signed employer agreements.
  • Performance thresholds apply to ensure quality and mutual value; minimum quarterly placement volumes or contract values will be defined in the partnership agreement.
  • All revenue flows and placement metrics are transparent and clause-indexed through GCRI’s Nexus Sovereignty Framework.

  • A reputable HR agency, boutique search firm, or senior independent recruiter with an established track record delivering complex placements in highly regulated or technical domains.

  • Demonstrated capacity to operate cross-border, with clear understanding of data protection, sovereign compliance, and open-access recruitment ethics.
