Build the Systems That Govern Intelligence
The Global Centre for Risk and Innovation (GCRI) is inviting a select group of builders to join the Founders Council—a strategic core of engineers, researchers, and systems designers building the global trust infrastructure for agentic AI.
This is not about building models. It’s about building systems that verify, govern, and align autonomous computation with real-world, policy-aligned, and simulation-certified outcomes.
At the frontier of AI, we face a single question:
How do we trust what machines do when no human is in the loop?
The answer is verifiable computation, clause-governed autonomy, and sovereign-grade infrastructure.
If you’re ready to build that answer—this is your mandate.
Why Now? Why You?
AI governance today is still built for inference, not agency. Most systems can’t explain or verify their own decisions—let alone bind those decisions to legal clauses, fiscal commitments, or disaster response triggers.
GCRI is changing that.
As the institutional steward of the Nexus Ecosystem (NE) and Nexus Sovereignty Framework (NSF)—in coordination with the Global Risks Alliance (GRA) and Global Risks Forum (GRF)—we are deploying a simulation-aligned, clause-based compute layer for Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Disaster Risk Finance (DRF), and Disaster Risk Intelligence (DRI).
This infrastructure will power autonomous anticipatory systems, run on verifiable simulations, and govern decision-making across sovereign, institutional, and civil domains.
What You Will Build
As a Founders Council AI/ML builder, you will:
- Architect and ship verifiable compute modules that bind AI output to cryptographic proof, simulation benchmarks, and policy clauses.
- Build agentic AI systems that operate within automated governance constraints, including multi-jurisdictional, clause-enforced action plans.
- Translate real-time Earth observation, financial telemetry, and legal triggers into self-auditing AI pipelines that act—only when conditions are verified.
- Lead MVPs across Nexus infrastructure layers, including:
- Sovereign-grade compute orchestration (NXSCore, NXSQue)
- Risk intelligence and clause benchmarking (NXSGRIx, NXS-EOP)
- Early warning and autonomous response frameworks (NXS-EWS, NXS-AAP)
- Transparent, scenario-driven decision layers (NXS-DSS)
- Contribute to simulation-governed governance loops that feed back into global policy processes, public finance flows, and anticipatory resource allocations.
This is about building the substrate for AI as a governance actor, not just a tool.
Your Background
We don’t care about your credentials—we care about what you’ve built. But you’re likely:
- A senior engineer, research scientist, or technical founder fluent in AI/ML systems and simulation-based reasoning.
- Deeply familiar with zero-knowledge proofs, verifiable execution, distributed inference, or multi-agent system design.
- You’ve worked with or contributed to: agentic AI frameworks, federated ML pipelines, or privacy-preserving compute environments.
- You understand the difference between explainability and proof, and the need to bind AI logic to real-world enforceability.
Experience in DRR/DRF/DRI, EO data pipelines, spatial finance, or policy simulations is a significant advantage—but not required.
Strategic Incentives
- Founders Council appointment: you help govern the technical trajectory of NE as a sovereign-grade infrastructure.
- Access to the Dynamic Equity Allocation Protocol (DEAP): own the IP and governance structures you help design.
- Your MVPs can be spun out into funded modules, co-licensed under clause governance with sovereign partners.
- Attribution rights, scenario authorship, and licensing eligibility through NSF’s identity tiering and clause certification pathways.
- Direct integration into high-level simulations and operational systems used by UN agencies, sovereigns, and multilateral institutions.
This is not a hypothetical. It’s a live, rapidly activating global infrastructure. If selected, your first MVP cycle begins immediately.
This Is Not for You If:
- You need a job description instead of a build directive.
- You want to write code that disappears into a repo instead of being tested under real-world simulations.
- You’re here to optimize ads, engagement metrics, or enterprise dashboards.
- You’re not ready to make your code accountable to law, risk, and public infrastructure.
What You Need to Apply
- A 500-word motivation statement
- GitHub, publications, or links to systems you’ve built
- Area(s) you want to contribute to across the NE infrastructure stack (verifiable compute, agentic orchestration, clause triggers, etc.)
Final Word
Agentic AI is inevitable.
Trustworthy agentic AI is not.
We’re building the systems that make it possible—and we need a few more minds with the courage, clarity, and capability to lead.
This is infrastructure for the next century of planetary governance.
If you’re ready to design the systems that govern machines—with proof, precision, and purpose—
join the Founders Council.
