In her role as Chief Strategy Officer of a leading circa $4 billion UAE-based family office, she has driven legal, financial and operational strategy, building governance structures, succession frameworks and leading high-stakes investment negotiations. Lia has executed strategic buyouts, acquisitions, and complex financing initiatives that unlocked over $300M in new value and delivered multi-million-dollar annual savings in financing costs. She combines deep legal, governance, and commercial expertise with strategic foresight. Her portfolio spans launching a DIFC-based investment platform from the ground up, leading end-to-end strategy of a flagship AED 1B (~$300M) real estate project, closing a $68M asset deal and a $75M financing, all while negotiating one of the region’s largest 11-figure binding strategic offer. Educated across Europe, with degrees in human Rights & Politics, Law, and an MBA, Lia combines commercial, legal and governance expertise with strategic foresight. She views governance as the driving force for resilience, innovation and long-lasting enterprise value-creation.
