For the same field across the consortium, in GCRI's spatial-intelligence reading, the map opens on night lights, population density and true-colour imagery with true colour from NASA GIBS, framed on Europe; every other NASA layer, live feed and forecast waits in the layer list.Satellite and model products as NASA publishes them, each with its own date; indicators, not assessments of any place; claim ceiling INTEGRATED.

Cybersecurity and Digital Resilience counterparts are the platforms at GRF and GRA that work on the same fields under other mandates, among them Disaster and Crisis Governance and AI and Digital Governance at GRF as well as Fintech Nexus and Development Finance Nexus at GRA. GCRI studies a field as science, GRF governs it and GRA builds shared financial understanding of it, so each counterpart shows another side of cyber and digital resilience.
Fig.How GCRI, GRF and GRA share one field while the authorities decide. Design, not a record.
Digital governance is GRF's AI and Digital Governance platform; financial cyber resilience is GRA's Financial Cyber Resilience. Cyber and Digital Resilience supplies the technical and systemic evidence.
Each term as this page uses it. Where a standard-setting body defines the term, the wording follows that body.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Counterpart platform | A platform at another Consortium institution that works in a shared field under a different mandate: science at GCRI, governance at GRF or financial understanding at GRA. |
| Field gateway | A GCRI page for one field that links the platforms studying it as science, governing it and building financial understanding of it, with the methods they share. |
| Science-policy interface | The arrangements through which scientific evidence reaches public decisions, including advisory committees, chief scientific advisers, academies and intergovernmental assessments. |

The current service level is R0: information and enquiries. An enquiry receives a reference and names the next step; applications, payments, compute allocations and registrations open only when their team, terms and review capacity exist.
