Cybersecurity and Digital Resilience
The Global Centre for Risk and Innovation (GCRI)
Moderated groups where specialists discuss questions in Cybersecurity and Digital Resilience. Each group is listed here when its moderation, terms and hosting are in place, with its scope and how to join.
Cybersecurity and Digital Resilience subject groups are moderated forums where security researchers and SOC practitioners discuss open questions in the cyber and digital resilience field, such as cyber risk management and critical service cyber. Each group is listed once its moderation, terms and hosting are in place, with its scope and how to join. A group informs the platform's work and has no authority over its findings.

For subject groups, in GCRI's spatial-intelligence reading, the map opens on night lights, population density and true-colour imagery with true colour from NASA GIBS, framed on Europe; every other NASA layer, live feed and forecast waits in the layer list.
The interactive map needs JavaScript; the layer list and sources are below.

Layers and dates
Cyber groups are organised around systemic questions (third-party concentration, cyber-physical consequence, cryptographic migration) rather than threat intelligence, which this platform does not produce.
Write to contact@therisk.global. The acknowledgement gives a reference and names the next step.
Each term as this page uses it. Where a standard-setting body defines the term, the wording follows that body.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Community of practice | A group of people who share a concern or a craft and learn to do it better by interacting regularly; the term comes from Lave and Wenger's work on situated learning. |
| Chatham House Rule | A rule under which participants may use information received but may not reveal the identity or affiliation of speakers. |
| Operational technology | Hardware and software that monitor and control physical devices and processes. |
| Attack surface | The set of points where an attacker could try to enter or extract data from a system. |
The bodies and documents this page is read against. Status and editions change; each link goes to the issuing body.
The current service level is R0: information and enquiries. An enquiry receives a reference and names the next step; applications, payments, compute allocations and registrations open only when their team, terms and review capacity exist.
