The Global Risks Forum (GRF) is the Nexus Ecosystem’s multilateral governance and assurance body, established to govern global risks by providing a neutral forum where states, regulators, markets, infrastructure operators, academia, and civil society align on how risk is measured, governed, and financed. GRF operates the global Council Register and scorecards (who is responsible for what, and how fast they deliver), sets and enforces risk-governance and assurance standards, and convenes structured dialogues and simulations so policies, programs, and capital instruments can be tested before crises. By linking Nexus evidence (GCRI), capital architecture (GRA), and protocol and conformance (NSF) into a single governance layer, GRF anchors legitimacy, independence, and accountability for a new generation of global risk infrastructure.
