01In brief

The short answer.

Education and Skills is a chapter of Future of Work and Skills: a specialist sub-community with its own group, editor and research agenda. Its work starts from the cornerstone topic, education to work transition. The school-to-work transition is the passage of young people from education into stable, decent employment. A chapter becomes a platform of its own only by meeting the graduation rule.

Education and Skills: a working group from charter to sunsetA charter sets the question and the code of conduct; members join with declared interests; a workplan produces deliverables that are reviewed and credited; the group reports and sunsets or renews. Design of the process, not a record of a run.
