Future of Work and Skills counterparts are the platforms at GRF and GRA that work on the same fields under other mandates, among them Innovation Nexus and AI and Digital Governance at GRF as well as Institutional Funds Nexus and AI and Financial Model Risk at GRA. GCRI studies a field as science, GRF governs it and GRA builds shared financial understanding of it, so each counterpart shows another side of work and skills.
Fig.How GCRI, GRF and GRA share one field while the authorities decide. Design, not a record.
AI and digital governance is GRF's; institutional funds and pension exposure are GRA's. Future of Work and Skills supplies the labour evidence; the chapter covers education and skills.
Each term as this page uses it. Where a standard-setting body defines the term, the wording follows that body.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Counterpart platform | A platform at another Consortium institution that works in a shared field under a different mandate: science at GCRI, governance at GRF or financial understanding at GRA. |
| Field gateway | A GCRI page for one field that links the platforms studying it as science, governing it and building financial understanding of it, with the methods they share. |
| Science-policy interface | The arrangements through which scientific evidence reaches public decisions, including advisory committees, chief scientific advisers, academies and intergovernmental assessments. |

The current service level is R0: information and enquiries. An enquiry receives a reference and names the next step; applications, payments, compute allocations and registrations open only when their team, terms and review capacity exist.
