Every approved campaign on Nexus Campaigns, a platform of The Global Centre for Risk and Innovation (GCRI), is designed to end with a published outcome record: what was measured, what changed, what was corrected and how the campaign closed. This page lists those records as each is released. No outcome is shown until its record exists, and no figure is published without its method and source. The current service level is R0: information and enquiries.

Nexus campaign outcomes are the published closing records of approved campaigns: what was measured, what changed, what was corrected and how each campaign closed. No outcome appears until its record exists, and no figure is published without its method and source.
Urban demand centres and the hubs that anchor digital and data infrastructure, shown for North America as an example geography for this subject.
Results compared with the measures and baseline set before launch, with the method and its limits.
Every correction made during the campaign, with the date and the reason, and how complaints were resolved.
How participation ended, what happened to personal data and which materials remain available.
Records appear here once a campaign closes and its record has been reviewed by someone outside the campaign team. Approved campaigns are listed on campaigns. Each record will carry the campaign's identifier, its manager, its dates and a version number, so that a later correction can be traced to the version it replaces.
An outcome record describes one campaign. It is not an evaluation of any institution, community or audience, and it is never used to rank them.
Each term as this page uses it. Where a standard-setting body defines the term, the wording follows that body.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Outcome analysis | Comparing a model's outputs with actual results to judge its performance. |
| Ex post evaluation | Evaluation of a policy or rule after it has been in force for some time. |
| Correction | A published notice that amends an error in a work whose main findings stand. |
Closed campaigns can contribute to the Evidence Brief series of Nexus Reports and to the annual learning record of the Nexus Universe programme governed by The Global Risks Forum (GRF), at Nexus Universe results and records.
The current service level is R0: information and enquiries. An enquiry receives a reference and names the next step; applications, payments, compute allocations and registrations open only when their team, terms and review capacity exist.
