Contact GCRI.

The Global Centre for Risk and Innovation (GCRI Canada) holds the Secretariat of the Nexus Consortium. Choose the route for your matter: each opens its own form, gives you a reference and says how long an answer takes.

01The Secretariat

One route for programme enquiries.

The Secretariat sits with GCRI Canada, the Consortium’s lead contracting organisation. It receives programme enquiries, cooperation requests and concerns through the enquiry form, gives each a reference and routes it to the team that can act.

  • Programme and cooperation enquiries, described on GCRI programmes
  • Participation in the NNC, NLC and NWG, described on Work with GCRI
  • Anything that does not fit one of the specific routes below
02Specific routes

Choose the matter, and write to the team responsible.

Each route says who it is for, what happens, how long an answer takes and the first outcome, and opens its own form. Programme enquiries stay with the Secretariat and the regional desks.

Each form opens on its own page. When you send it you get a reference, and you follow the answer on this site, not by email. A request creates no membership, role or commitment.

How each concern is reviewed is set out on Trust and integrity.

03Response ledger

What happens after you write.

Four stages, each held by a named team, each leaving a record. The reference is on screen when you send the form, and each form states its time to answer.

04Regional desks

Six regional desks.

Write to a desk about a national programme or a system your region shares: a basin, a grid, a corridor. A desk is a route through the enquiry form, not an office.

05Which organisation handles what

GCRI Canada and GCRI US.

Two organisations, each with its own legal identity. Name GCRI US in your enquiry about its work; the Secretariat routes everything else.

Lead organisation · Toronto, ON M4R 1V2

GCRI Canada

Lead Institution of the Nexus Consortium, its Secretariat and its lead contracting organisation. It runs the regional desks and handles agreements, privacy requests and security reports for therisk.global.

United States institution of GCRI

GCRI US

A separate United States institution with its own legal identity and responsibilities. Enquiries about work within its own scope go through the enquiry form; it does not contract for the Consortium.

4500 Forbes Blvd., Suite 200, Lanham, MD 20706, United States

Policy, councils and Universe enquiries belong to The Global Risks Forum (GRF); Universe has its own website. Finance readiness and membership of the business league belong to The Global Risks Alliance (GRA). Both are independent consortium stewards and answer for their own sites.

06Your enquiry

What to include, and what to expect.

Four facts route an enquiry in one step. The form asks for them; your reference and the status page show the next step.

  1. 01

    Who you are

Your name, your institution and role, and whether you write on its behalf.

  2. 02

    Where and what

The country or region, and the question or concern in a few sentences.

  3. 03

    What you need next

    A conversation, a document, a correction or a referral.

  4. 04

    What not to send

Restricted data, passwords or sensitive personal information about others.

07Privacy, accessibility and forms

How your enquiry is handled.

Privacy

What you send is used to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of it, under the privacy notice of therisk.global. GCRI Canada is the controller for this site; GRF and GRA have their own notices and controllers. Use the privacy request form about your personal data; the privacy contact is privacy@therisk.global.

Accessibility

This site is designed to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. We test pages and fix barriers we find. Report a barrier through the enquiry form.

Forms

Every route on this page opens its own form page. Each form gives a reference, says how long an answer takes and lets you follow the answer on the status page.

An enquiry does not create membership, an appointment or a service contract.

08Questions

Questions about contacting GCRI.

Should I write to the Secretariat or a regional desk?
Write to a regional desk about a national programme or shared system in that region, use a specific route where one fits, and make an enquiry to the Secretariat about anything else. Each request receives a reference.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Each form says how long an answer takes, counted from receipt. The reference you get on screen lets you follow the answer on the status page.
Can I visit a GCRI office?
GCRI publishes only the addresses shown on this page. Planned hubs and regional desks are coordination roles and routes, not offices. Please make an enquiry first.
How do I contact GCRI US?
Make an enquiry and name GCRI US. It is a separate United States institution with its own legal identity; its published address is 4500 Forbes Blvd., Suite 200, Lanham, MD 20706, United States.
Can GCRI help in an emergency?
No. The Consortium is not an emergency service. In immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
