03Domande aperte

What registry research cannot yet answer well enough for decisions.

A registry is only useful if what it records can be trusted later. The research questions concern provenance, identity and versioning at the scale of a multi-institution evidence base.

  • What is the minimum provenance record that lets a published figure be traced to its source and run? See record provenance.
  • How should a correction propagate to every record that cites the corrected version? See correction and versioning.
  • How should evidence classes be defined so that they are applied consistently by different teams? See evidence classes.
  • Which identifiers and vocabularies make records interoperable with other registries? See registry interoperability.
04Evidenza
