Rules

1. Every notice links to the item and the decision. 2. A correction carries a mandatory correction note and the relation IsNewVersionOf to the previous version. 3. A retraction is a board decision. The reason is stated. Withdrawal on Zenodo leaves a tombstone, which is permanent. 4. An expression of concern may be issued while an inquiry runs. 5. Notices stay in the log. They are not deleted. 6. The log is ordered by date, newest first.
