These terms govern use of therisk.global, the website of The Global Centre for Risk and Innovation (GCRI), operated by The Global Centre for Risk and Innovation (GCRI Canada), a Canadian not-for-profit organization with its registered office in Ontario. They cover what the website is for, acceptable use, the status of information on it, links to other sites and the law that applies. They do not govern Nexus Foundry or any programme agreement, which have their own terms, and no contract for services is formed by using this website. This notice is reviewed by counsel before publication.

What the website is for.
The website provides information about GCRI and the programme it supports, and routes for enquiries and concerns. The current service level is R0, information and enquiries, as recorded in the claims and readiness register. An enquiry does not create membership, an appointment or a service contract.

The current service level is R0: information and enquiries. An enquiry receives a reference and names the next step; applications, payments, compute allocations and registrations open only when their team, terms and review capacity exist.
