Its own governance, cooperating in writing.
GCRI US decides under its own governance. Where GCRI Canada provides shared services, such as contracting frameworks, platform operations, privacy, security or Secretariat services, written agreements govern them. Canada and U.S. cooperation sets out roles and decision boundaries. Board and governance explains how each organisation is governed.
