02A useful enquiry

What helps a development enquiry get a useful answer.

Enquiries come from finance and planning ministries, development banks and researchers. A useful enquiry names the economy, the question and decision, the horizon and the data available. Answers draw on economics methods and the employment and digital economy topics. Requests for country ratings or investment views are outside the platform’s mandate and are declined.

  • The economy and question.
  • The decision.
  • Data available.
  • Horizon.

After you write to us

An enquiry goes to the Consortium Secretariat; the acknowledgement gives a reference and the next step, and creates no membership, authority or commitment.
