Registry gateway

The Registry is the public-safe record of the programme: what exists, in which state, on what source, in which version. Any claim on a Nexus page should trace to a record there. An entry states its status, source and version history. It never shows a record that does not exist. The Global Centre for Risk and Innovation (GCRI) stewards it. Part of Nexus ecosystem.

03Principles

Records before status.

Status

One state per record

Each record carries one explicit state from a published vocabulary, never an informal label.

Source

A reference for every claim

Every entry cites the document or decision behind it, or says that none exists.

Version

No silent edits

A change creates a new version with its history; earlier versions remain inspectable.

04Public safety

What is never published.

A public record must be safe to publish as well as true. Entries are checked against these limits before release.

  • Restricted infrastructure topology, personal data and protected community knowledge.
  • Records whose owner has not authorised publication.
  • Draft instruments presented as adopted, or planned reports presented as released.
05Status

Where to find records now.

Records appear on Registry as they are authorised. Programme status summarises current states. GCRI’s claims register is the Claims and readiness register. Information and enquiries are open today. The Global Risks Alliance (GRA) keeps its own claims and programme status page.

06Questions

Questions and answers.

Is the Registry a legal register?
No. It is a public record of programme states and sources. It confers no legal status, licence or approval.
How do I correct a registry entry?
Write to the integrity concern form naming the entry and your evidence. An accepted correction creates a new version.
Who maintains the Registry?
The Consortium Secretariat publishes entries on the authority of each record’s owner: a national structure for its programme state, an editor for a publication, a resource owner for an offer. The owner is named on the entry.
Can I reuse registry data?
Public entries can be cited with their version. Reuse of underlying data follows the rights stated on each entry.
Why is a record I expected missing?
A record appears only when it exists and its owner has authorised publication. Absence is shown honestly rather than filled with a example.

Information and enquiries are open today. An enquiry receives a reference and names the next step; applications, payments, compute allocations and registrations open only when their team, terms and review capacity exist.
