Reports gateway

Reports is one governed publication programme: quarterly country editions, an annual flagship and specialist series. Each release carries its methods, uncertainty, review and correction history. The Global Centre for Risk and Innovation (GCRI) stewards the evidence and methods behind every edition. No edition is released yet, so no covers or findings appear. Part of Nexus ecosystem.

01Country editions

Four quarterly questions, one annual synthesis.

EditionQuestionBoundary
Q1 State and agendaWhat matters this year, and what is the starting position?Observed baseline stays distinct from planned work.
Q2 Evidence and buildWhat new evidence and capability have been developed?A configured capability is not a validated result.
Q3 Stress test and readinessWhat do scenarios and tests reveal?Simulated loss or performance is not observed impact.
Q4 Annual synthesis and renewalWhat did the year establish, and what changes next?Release follows review, not event publicity deadlines.

The country family is titled Country Systems Risk and Resilience Report, with the country and year.

03Contributing

How evidence enters an edition.

Evidence reaches an edition from the domain platforms, national teams and Labs, through domain review and editorial review. A contributor’s data stays theirs and is named. Reviewers can be proposed by anyone and are appointed with declared interests. Readers can request a correction at any time after release.

04Series

Seventeen series in one programme.

Beyond country editions, the programme runs global, regional, sector, strategic-systems, technology, foresight, scenario and stress-test, methods, Labs evidence, Foundry readiness, Observatory signal, Universe synthesis, portfolio, finance-readiness and evidence-brief series. Each has a page under All report series, such as the Methods and Technical series.

05Delivery

What every release includes.

Each release is designed to be readable, citable and checkable, so that a critic can trace any figure to its source and method.

  • An accessible HTML edition, and a print or download artefact where produced
  • A methods page and a source and rights register
  • Reusable figures with metadata, and a permitted machine-readable data bundle
  • Review and funding disclosures
  • A correction history
06Releases

Current approved releases.

None. An approved edition appears on Reports with its release record. Corrections appear on Corrections and updates. No one can pay for a favourable editorial position, and no publication outcome is promised. The finance-readiness series is prepared with The Global Risks Alliance (GRA); its own outputs are on Publications and professional briefs.

08Questions

Questions and answers.

When will the first report be released?
When an edition has passed domain and editorial review and its rights are cleared. No date is promised, because release follows review.
Do reports rank countries?
No. Reports compare systems domain by domain with evidence labels, without a single score or ranking.
How are errors in a report handled?
Anyone can write to the integrity concern form without membership or payment. An accepted correction creates a new recorded version, and the correction history stays with the edition.
Can a sponsor review a report before release?
No sponsor may approve publication or change evidence. Funding is disclosed with each release.
