Role Description

The Director of the Leadership Committee is entrusted with the vital responsibility of nurturing and fortifying GCRI’s leadership framework. Responsibilities

  • Mentorship Initiatives: Establish mentorship programs that pair emerging leaders with seasoned professionals, facilitating knowledge transfer and growth.

  • Training Programs: Oversee the creation and delivery of leadership training modules, workshops, and seminars.

Qualifications
