Nexus Reports is one governed publication programme: quarterly country editions, an annual flagship and specialist series. The Global Centre for Risk and Innovation (GCRI) is the canonical publication owner, through the Nexus Reports platform. Below: the series, the review before release and how issues link once approved. A planned report is never shown as released. Part of publications.

The country family follows the pattern Nexus Country Systems Risk and Resilience Report: country, year. Q4 may serve as the annual flagship.
| Edition | Question | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Q1 · State and Agenda | What matters this year, and what is the starting position? | Observed baseline stays distinct from planned work |
| Q2 · Evidence and Build | What new evidence and capability have been developed? | A configured capability is not a validated result |
| Q3 · Stress Test and Readiness | What do scenarios and tests reveal? | Simulated loss or performance is not observed impact |
| Q4 · Annual Synthesis and Renewal | What did the year establish, and what changes next? | Release follows review, not event publicity deadlines |

The 17 report series are listed at all report series. They include Global Systems Risk and Resilience, Regional Systems, Exponential Technology, Methods and Technical and the Nexus Universe Annual Synthesis.

Every result carries an evidence label. Third-party risk index names are not used, and Nexus indicators use GRIx-native names and units without invented values.
Assembled from the Nexus Standards area profile Global and systemic risk: the hazards it names, the systems and sectors that carry the loss, the controls that dampen it and the data that observe it. Choose the components, pick an initiating hazard and step through the cascade. The Map view places the run on an example geography with open data. Every coupling weight is a stated assumption you can change. A teaching model, not a forecast, an assessment or a certification.

GCRI is the canonical publisher. Platforms and the other pillar institutions link to issues rather than republishing them; The Global Risk Forum (GRF) explains its relationship at reports and publications relationship. Changes are recorded under corrections and updates.
Nexus Reports is the Consortium's quarterly publication. What you know about this subject can become evidence, a case or a correction in the next edition, credited to you and published under CC BY 4.0 where it is your own work.
Never send personal data, sensitive infrastructure detail or anything you have no right to share. A contribution is reviewed before use; sending it confers no authorship or editorial rights, and sponsorship never buys a finding.
The current service level is R0: information and enquiries. An enquiry receives a reference and names the next step; applications, payments, compute allocations and registrations open only when their team, terms and review capacity exist.
Maps, data and figures on this site are shown for context and general information. They are not advice, forecasts or warnings; the limits of the information are set out in the Disclaimers and Data Notices.
