Citable outputs of Nexus Agency: expert pathways; capacity maps; legitimate technical assistance enquiries.
GCRI · Established · service level R0
Nexus Agency publications are the platform's reviewed, citable outputs, such as expert pathways, capacity maps and legitimate technical assistance enquiries. Each carries its authors, date, method, evidence labels and editorial status, and a correction creates a new version with its history. Contributions to series such as Portfolio and Readiness also appear in Nexus Reports.

The jurisdictions that hold authority over this question: countries, their first-level divisions and capitals, shown for the Mekong Basin as an example geography for this subject.
Agency publications are assignment summaries agreed with the institution served, evaluations and guidance on scoping and closeout. They are written for officials planning their next request and for experts preparing to serve. Each states what the institution decided, what the team contributed and what evaluation found, drawing on the project closeout topic.
Each term as this page uses it. Where a standard-setting body defines the term, the wording follows that body.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Version of record | The fixed version of a work that a publisher formally declares published; later changes appear as dated corrections or new versions, never as silent edits, in the sense NISO's journal article versions recommendation uses. |
| Peer review | Evaluation of a work by independent experts in the field before publication. |
| Correction | A published notice that amends an error in a work whose main findings stand. |
| Evidence label | A tag on an assertion naming the kind of evidence behind it, such as observed, officially reported or modelled. |

The current service level is R0: information and enquiries. An enquiry receives a reference and names the next step; applications, payments, compute allocations and registrations open only when their team, terms and review capacity exist.
