Cybersecurity and Digital Resilience
The Global Centre for Risk and Innovation (GCRI)
Citable outputs of Cybersecurity and Digital Resilience: digital resilience research notes; critical service scenarios; security literacy.
Fig.How a finding is reviewed before it is published. Design, not a record.
Cybersecurity and Digital Resilience publications are the platform's reviewed, citable outputs, such as digital resilience research notes, critical service scenarios and security literacy. Each carries its authors, date, method, evidence labels and editorial status, and a correction creates a new version with its history. Contributions to series such as Strategic Systems as well as Scenario and Stress-Test also appear in Nexus Reports.
For research and publications, in GCRI's spatial-intelligence reading, the map opens on true-colour imagery, night lights and land cover with true colour from NASA GIBS, framed on Europe; every other NASA layer, live feed and forecast waits in the layer list.
The interactive map needs JavaScript; the layer list and sources are below.

Cyber publications serve operators and regulators: accumulation scenarios, migration method notes and dependency analyses at public-safe level. A reader looks for the scenario assumptions and for how findings translate into controls. They build on safety-critical software and cybersecurity practice and the supply-chain security topic.
Publications cover accumulation scenarios and migration methods; vulnerability details never appear in exploitable form.
Each term as this page uses it. Where a standard-setting body defines the term, the wording follows that body.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Version of record | The fixed version of a work that a publisher formally declares published; later changes appear as dated corrections or new versions, never as silent edits, in the sense NISO's journal article versions recommendation uses. |
| Peer review | Evaluation of a work by independent experts in the field before publication. |
| Correction | A published notice that amends an error in a work whose main findings stand. |
| Evidence label | A tag on an assertion naming the kind of evidence behind it, such as observed, officially reported or modelled. |
The bodies and documents this page is read against. Status and editions change; each link goes to the issuing body.
The current service level is R0: information and enquiries. An enquiry receives a reference and names the next step; applications, payments, compute allocations and registrations open only when their team, terms and review capacity exist.
