Nexus Foundry Hub is the Nexus Foundry system for collaboration, knowledge, a directory and the support desk. It serves 16 platforms, among them Health Nexus and Nexus Campaigns, and its stated limit is that listing in the directory implies no endorsement. Access is through an authorized project with an accountable owner, data terms and a review plan.
Urban demand centres and the hubs that anchor digital and data infrastructure, shown for World as an example geography for this subject.
Lessons from exercises and events, decisions and their reasons, and training records disappear when staff move. Records management practice keeps them authentic, reliable and retrievable for the period they matter.

Each term as this page uses it. Where a standard-setting body defines the term, the wording follows that body.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Community of practice | A group of people who share a concern or a craft and learn to do it better by interacting regularly; the term comes from Lave and Wenger's work on situated learning. |
| Knowledge translation | The practices that move research into use, from syntheses and policy briefs to co-production and embedded advisers, and that return decision needs to researchers. |
| Service level R0 | The current service level of Nexus pages: information and enquiries only. An enquiry receives a reference and a named next step; it creates no membership, contract, assignment or commitment. |
