NXS-CMD
NXS-CMD (integrated posture and executive synthesis) is the command home of the Foundry: where an institution sees its portfolio of programmes and projects, their posture and the decisions pending, in one governed place.

NXS-CMD serves these platforms.
Portfolios that span sectors lose sight of their own dependencies.
NXS-CMD is defined in system profile NRS-S1 of the Nexus Standards. A ministry or programme office running water, energy and health projects at once needs to see which projects share data, assets or staff, and which decisions are blocked on others. Without a portfolio view, the systemic risk inside the portfolio itself goes unmanaged.
- Portfolio posture: what is planned, active, paused or closed, with evidence.
- Dependencies between projects and the systems they draw on.
- Decisions pending, with the authority that holds each.
The standards a design like this is read against.

What it exchanges with the other systems.
- Draws scenario results from NXS-DSS (decision cases and deliberation) and situational views from NXS-NST (civilian common operating picture).
- Records commitments and handoffs through NXS-RLS (participants, agreements and handoffs).
The ten rooms of NXS-CMD.
NXS-CMD has the eight rooms every Foundry system shares, set to its own authority, and two specialist rooms, Portfolios and Council. Each is described by the work it is designed for; the public register records NXS-CMD as declared, not deployed.
