01In brief

The short answer.

Portals is the Nexus Foundry system for public-safe publication and delivery to specific audiences. It serves 5 platforms, among them Nexus Registry and Nexus Campaigns, and its stated limit is that publication never overrides source permission. Access is through an authorized project with an accountable owner, data terms and a review plan.

02Geography

Urban demand centres and the hubs that anchor digital and data infrastructure, shown for Brazil as an example geography for this subject.

04The problem it addresses

Publication is where sensitive data leaks.

A public map can reveal the location of critical assets or vulnerable people if aggregation and release rules are not enforced. Public-safe publication separates what may be shown from what is held, and makes the release decision explicit.

  • Release rules for aggregation and sensitivity.
  • Rights clearance before publication.
  • Accessible, versioned public views.

06Neighbouring systems

What it exchanges with the other systems.

  • Publishes from GRIx, Hub and Studio.
  • Release decisions through NSF.
07Access

Authorized projects only.

Access requires an authorized project with an accountable owner, data terms and a review plan. Enquiries go to contact@therisk.global.
