HLD3: What will it take to scale DRR financing at the national and local levels? | UNDRR

The Midterm Review of the Sendai Framework revealed persistent DRR financing gaps, especially in low-income countries. In addition, it found that even where traditional financing mechanisms are operational, financing is overly focused on hazard event response, and is often poorly targeted. This high-level dialogue will discuss the course correction needed to scale financing solutions at national and local levels.
