This plenary will focus on the importance of inclusive leadership and whole-of-society participation in DRR. It will serve as a platform for Governments and stakeholders to report on progress in including diverse perspectives, and the leadership of women, persons with disabilities and youth in formal DRR decision-making and governance structures.
