Our services help QH stakeholders integrate SCF into MPM for career development and up-skilling programs. MPM’s participatory mechanisms enable an inclusive and equitable knowledge ecosystem to tackle employment issues and contribute to economic and social development, innovation, and sustainability strategies. MPM infuses CRS into WILPs to build dynamic LLL pipelines for knowledge, skills, and competencies. GRIx supports MPM with open-source risk technology to operate as an innovation lab for risk mitigation. iVRS supports GRIx with ESG frameworks to broadcasts values based on relative standards and regulations at local, regional and global levels. Employment Services involve social partners, civil society, education, training and labour market stakeholders to build on existing national strategies.
Integrated Paths
Candidates
We provide an end-to-end talent experience platform to automate WILPs and make hiring easy for employment. MPM is built to improve how candidates engage, acquire and develop skills in career development with PoC, assessment tools, and CRS for micro-credentials. Our programs target adults with low skills, e.g. those without upper secondary education who are not eligible for green-digital roles. They may be in employment, unemployed or economically inactive, with a need to strengthen basic skills. Employment Services tackle labour market issues through ILAs as a backbone for equal rights to quality and inclusive education, training and life-long learning (LLL). Integrated Learning Accounts leverage MPM in a multi-platform network and empower everyone, regardless of age, employment or education level.

We provide digital public infrastructure to integrate and streamline employment services offered by QH stakeholders and maximize ESG impact. In light of the crisis and its impact on unemployment, both public and private, in collaboration with education and training bodies and service providers, have a crucial contribution to make. MPM is designed to integrate employment services and guide people toward LLL for up-skilling and re-skilling. Service Providers have full network capabilities to leverage MPM and manage services with CRS for optimal results. MPM acknowledges the importance of career practitioners in helping learners make sense of the information through multi-modal service delivery channels.
