Certificates of Excellence

Certificates of Excellence (CoE) are electronic documents that confirm the leadership excellence of a person or organization and cryptographically link PoC ownership to CoE records. CoE paths enable members to start leadership projects to tackle complex issues and earn certificates from QH stakeholders and commerces. Our federated approach to micro-credentials empowers QH stakeholders to issue digital certificates and develop a robust SCF through lifelong learning (LLL) streams.
