Citable outputs of Nexus Foundry: capability catalogue; installation guidance; public technical examples.
Fig.How a finding is reviewed before it is published. Design, not a record.
Nexus Foundry publications are the platform's reviewed, citable outputs, such as capability catalogue, installation guidance and public technical examples. Each carries its authors, date, method, evidence labels and editorial status, and a correction creates a new version with its history. Contributions to series such as Foundry Build and Readiness also appear in Nexus Reports.
Urban demand centres and the hubs that anchor digital and data infrastructure, shown for Canada as an example geography for this subject.
Foundry publications are written for technical reviewers and project owners: system descriptions, build notes and security summaries at a public-safe level. A reader looks for the architectural responsibility of each system and for evidence of what has been tested. They connect to the project workstations and agents and automation topics and to computing methods.
Each term as this page uses it. Where a standard-setting body defines the term, the wording follows that body.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Version of record | The fixed version of a work that a publisher formally declares published; later changes appear as dated corrections or new versions, never as silent edits, in the sense NISO's journal article versions recommendation uses. |
| Peer review | Evaluation of a work by independent experts in the field before publication. |
| Correction | A published notice that amends an error in a work whose main findings stand. |
| Evidence label | A tag on an assertion naming the kind of evidence behind it, such as observed, officially reported or modelled. |

The current service level is R0: information and enquiries. An enquiry receives a reference and names the next step; applications, payments, compute allocations and registrations open only when their team, terms and review capacity exist.
