NXS-HUB
NXS-HUB (knowledge, records and learning) is the institutional knowledge system: records, collaboration, learning and governance documents for programmes and communities, with public-safe engagement kept separate from internal work.

Institutional memory is lost between programmes.
NXS-HUB is defined in system profile NRS-S14 of the Nexus Standards. Lessons from exercises and events, decisions and their reasons, and training records disappear when staff move. Records management practice keeps them authentic, reliable and retrievable for the period they matter.
- Records with retention and disposition rules.
- Learning records tied to methods and roles.
- Separation of public engagement from internal records.
The standards a design like this is read against.

What it exchanges with the other systems.
- Receives after-action material from NXS-NST (civilian common operating picture).
- Publishes public-safe material through NXS-POR (public, client and partner delivery).
The ten rooms of NXS-HUB.
NXS-HUB has the eight rooms every Foundry system shares, set to its own authority, and two specialist rooms, Academy and Service Desk. Each is described by the work it is designed for; the public register records NXS-HUB as declared, not deployed.

Information and enquiries are open today. An enquiry receives a reference and names the next step; applications, payments, compute allocations and registrations open only when their team, terms and review capacity exist.
