NXS-STU

NXS-STU (composition, dashboards and workflows) is the composition system: where maps, charts, interfaces and agent-assisted workflows are composed from approved components, with each agent’s scope declared in the composition.

03The problem it addresses

A misleading figure is a risk in itself.

NXS-STU is defined in system profile NRS-S15 of the Nexus Standards. Risk communication fails when charts hide uncertainty, maps exaggerate precision or interfaces nudge users toward one option. Composition from reviewed components, with human-centred design practice, reduces these failures.

  • Reviewed visual components with uncertainty display.
  • Accessible interfaces in light and dark modes.
  • Declared purpose and tools for any agent in a composition.

06Rooms

The ten rooms of NXS-STU.

NXS-STU has the eight rooms every Foundry system shares, set to its own authority, and two specialist rooms, Composer and Populations. Each is described by the work it is designed for; the public register records NXS-STU as declared, not deployed.

07Access

Authorised projects only.

Access requires an authorised project with an accountable owner, data terms and a review plan. Enquiries go to the contact form.

08Risk Academy

Where NXS-STU subjects are taught.

Risk Academy, led by the Nexus Consortium, teaches the subjects practised in NXS-STU in these disciplines; the Global Centre for Risk and Innovation (GCRI) links to the Academy as a partner and does not provide its courses.
