How the science here meets governance and finance.
Water allocation between states is a governance question taken up at GRF on Diplomacy Nexus and Climate and Nature Governance. Utilities’ financing and the insurability of flood losses are financial questions at GRA. Water Nexus supplies the hydrological evidence both rely on, under the same methods and labels.
