Communication competence refers to the knowledge of effective and appropriate communication patterns and the ability to use and adapt that knowledge in various contexts. Communication dexterities are in high demand and essential to navigating team dynamics, project success, and practical career development. Communication paths are designed to strengthen learners’ understanding of professional environments and effectively exchange information, ideas, facts, and perspectives. They frame communication with respect to the plurality of methods, diversity of views, varied individual communication abilities, and cultural differences. The goal is to showcase learners’ experience and skills in specific competency areas through application materials: resume/cover letter, elevator pitch, proposals, interviews, or personal statement. Communication paths provide PoC where QH stakeholders can support employees with advanced SCF taxonomies and disseminate management reviews with integrated feedback loops.
