• Evidence & portability: Every artifact is SPDX-licensed, carries W3C-PROV provenance, and can be issued as Open Badges 3.0 in W3C VC. Public artifacts may receive DOIs.

• Safety & dual-use: de-identified/synthetic data only; no wet-lab or agent manipulation; ethics review where needed.
