    Tram, founding President of vitanlink, is an independent C-suite Executive and Non-Executive Director, with 28 years of operating leadership, international growth andinnovation in MedTech, AI and SaaS technology industries, bringing screening,diagnostic and predictive solutions into North America, Europe and Asia. She has served in executive, advisory, and board positions for large multinational public Fortune 50, mid-sized private family-owned businesses to Private Equity or VC-backed companies. She brings unique board insights and an entrepreneurial mindset into market opportunities and international expansion strategies, fostering cross-border and inter-disciplinary collaborations and aligning diverse stakeholders’ interests. In her career, she was awarded Johnson & Johnson Standards of LeadershipAchievement in 2002 and 2005, where she assumed increasing levels of accountability, ultimately serving as a member of the Johnson & Johnson OCD EMEA management board. As an inclusive leader, she has been interviewed and featured in four chapters of “The 5 Disciplines of Inclusive Leaders: Unleashing the Power of All of Us” a book released by Korn Ferry in 2020.
