News and institutional notices from The Global Centre for Risk and Innovation (GCRI) appear on this page only when they are dated, verified and approved by the organization concerned, GCRI Canada or GCRI US. Notices report what has happened, such as a released publication, a recorded decision or a change to a service level. They never describe planned activities as completed, simulate event coverage or present an enquiry as a partnership. Corrections to a notice are published as new versions with their history.

The jurisdictions that hold authority over this question: countries, their first-level divisions and capitals, shown for the Andes as an example geography for this subject.
When a service opens, pauses or closes, recorded in the claims and readiness register.
Institutional decisions once recorded, with accountability set out in trust and accountability.
An enquiry is not a partnership, an application is not acceptance, a planned hub is not an office and a country research profile is not a constituted national programme. None of these is announced as an achievement. Counts of members, partners or results appear only with a record.
News from the other pillar institutions is published on their own sites, for example GRA news and industry notices.
Notices summarize; records hold the detail. Released work is catalogued in publications, the state of each service is set out in the claims and readiness register, and the state of national and regional programmes is described under programme status. Media questions about a notice go to the press and media route.
A notice is withdrawn or corrected openly if its underlying record changes; it is never silently edited.
The current service level is R0: information and enquiries. An enquiry receives a reference and names the next step; applications, payments, compute allocations and registrations open only when their team, terms and review capacity exist.
