Dynamic and highly motivated, my passion is working with numbers and analysing situations and scenarios. That is how I found myself in Risk Management and began my journey as a risk professional 15 years ago. My experience as a risk professional has been, primarily within the Financial Service Sector in Sri Lanka, including Life Insurance, Asset Management, Banking, and Stockbroking industries. My expertise has matured over the years, focusing on the design and implementation of robust and agile Risk Management Frameworks and Appetites. I currently serve as the Chief Risk Officer and member of Senior Management at Softlogic Life Insurance PLC, the second largest Life insurer in Sri Lanka.
